SHIPPING POLICY
Most of our kits are made to order and posted the same day of order (depending on purchase time of day) or within 24hrs of order.
All items are posted with AUSTRALIA POST. All items can be tracked with australia post tracking. Because we are not open on weekends no orders will be posted on a weekend. Our local Australia post store is closed Saturday and Sunday. So orders will be posted Monday. Please ensure your postage details are correct
and up to date. Shipping within Australia is FREE. Any world wide postage will have a shipping fee.
If for some reason an item needs to be returned, you will need to take photos of the item. Showing clearly the damaged product (or whatever the issue is) but photo evidence and communication with us is required for return or refund.
